Services
Our “Simple Clean” includes an emulsifying pre-spray, neutralizing rinse and hot water extraction (known as steam cleaning).
This package covers any three areas (excluding stairwells) that average about 150 square feet each. Spaces larger than 150 square feet may be counted as two areas. Hallways are almost always free, unless you want any of the add-on services listed below in the hallway.
Optional Add-ons Available for purchase at time of service (but please mention your need/interest on your confirmation call):
1. Pet Odor Treatment $60 per area or $10 per spot.
